Scivation Xtend
suggestions for my supplement stack?
I’m currently doing a weight loss/cutting routine. I lift (full body) 3 days a week and do cardio on alternating days.
Before I go and spend a lot of money, i would appreciate any suggestions/thoughts on the stack i plan on getting.
SciVation Xtend (already bought it)
ON 100% Whey (will buy)
BSN Cellmass (will buy)
Lipo6 (have it; for use later 1-2 months later in workout plan)
Multivit (have it)
Fishoil (have it)
I would take Xtend and Whey pre workout (and during for xtend) and Cellmass and Xtend post workout. Multivits I take every morning wil one fishoil cap and then another fishoil cap in the night.
Do you think this would work well if i wanted to get muscular but still be relatively cut? I need to lose bf% obviously but i want to have a muscular look when its gone. The lipo6 i plan on using once i’m well into the workout plan.
Make sure you are taking some L-Glutamine, not sure if Cell Mass has it but even if it does it probably only contains 1-2 gr. You should be taking in 10-15 g total a day once after your workout in your shake and once before bed. Be sure you are eating clean also!!! Hope this helps a bit.
