what is the best anabolic cycle for best gaining strength and weight?

im 25 years old Male and im 175cm tall (5.74ft) my weight is 58 kilos (127 pounds)

i want to start training and gaining more weight fast.. my goal is to gain about 15 kilos more

i don’t mind taking steroids for a bit to kick my starting and to gain faster!

but what i would like to know what are the best steroids to take for a person like me?

and how long does steroids takes to see the result on my body?

note im not looking for to be super giant guy but just bit normal
and please don’t comment if you are just going don’t take steroids:)

Testosterone, stacked with an anabolic (Deca or EQ), and an oral (Dbol or Anadrol) for the first 4 weeks of an at least 10 week cycle. Always use a testosterone base – it is the only steroid in which gains are proportional – the more you use the bigger you get. Very simple. Start at 500mg every week on the testosterone (use an Enanthate or Cypionate ester). Use 400mg every week of the anabolic. Use 30mg per day of Dbol or 50mg per day if you are using Anadrol. The testosterone and anabolic take up to 4 weeks to kick in, that is why you take the oral – to give you a head start on the strength gains.

Use an aromatase inhibitor – Aromasin is my favorite. Use it at 12.5 to 25mg per day the whole cycle and through post cycle therapy to crush estrogen (and in turn reduce or eliminate acne, bloat, and the other nasty estrogen side effects). If you are using Deca add Pramipexole every day to prevent prolactin side effects. .25 to .5 mg per day of the Prami is plenty. Use the Prami all through the cycle.

Do a post cycle therapy to get your balls working and producing testosterone again after cycle. 2 weeks after your last testosterone shot do Clomid at 50mg per day for 2 weeks and then 25mg per day for the next 2 weeks. Run the Aromasin and Prami all the way through. PCT will be a total of 4 weeks. Yes, steroids shut down your Natural Testosterone production. You will need to recover from that.

Diet. Try to take in as close to 500mg of protein per day and 300mg per day of carbs. You don’t need to count calories – they don’t matter. The protein, carbs, and fat intake do. Keep the fat as low as possible with the macros above. Gear maximizes protein synthesis. If you don’t take in protein in high amounts you sabotage your gains and waste the effects of the gear.

Train hard. Use an HIT or Doggcrapp training program. Lift consistently, regimented, intensely and HEAVY. Rest every other day. Gear will speed recovery of muscles but not your central nervous system – get plenty of sleep.

That is all there is to it. No magic, no secret formulas. You eat big and clean, you take gear intelligently and use the proper ancillaries to combat estrogen side effects and you will get big. Period.
